Paisajes Imaginarios is an online collaborative record by pianist Julia Gjertsen and music producer

Nico Rosenberg. It is their second album and it is a collection of piano-based and lo-fi sonic

frequencies made with tape manipulation. The idea was to create something that transports the

listener and helps instill reflection and enable retreat from everyday life, as well as giving a nod to

John Cage with the title of the album.

Julia Gjertsen is a composer/musician based in Oslo, Norway. Her music is centred around piano

layers capturing thoughts and feelings in thoughtfully arranged compositions inspired by life and

natural world around us.

Nico Rosenberg is an electronic music composer and sound artist from Santiago, Chile. His work

is grounded on finding emotional sounds by experimenting with old cassette recorders and

synthesizers controlled by probabilistic algorithms.
